Over the past few days, to get out of the house and get some excersise I've been out walking around Cologne in the early evenings. Sometimes these walks have extended across the Hohenzollern bridge, along the river bank and back over the Deutzer bridge and I've seen the numbers of people there grow.
These crowds are generally good natured, but it seems to be becoming a concern for the authorities. Watch the video to get a better idea of how many people are gathering, especially during the warmer weather.
